Lamplighter - DEMO

The Story

Illset is a fallen island, haunted by the remnants of calamity and war. The Great god Raah lies slain. Its people are all but gone. Only monsters remain.

You are a warrior bound to lamplight. Able to rise from death, your fate as inevitable as your immortal flesh. As you traverse treacherous lands and awaken ancient evils, the truth behind Illset’s prophecy slowly comes into focus.

Light can guide you.

It can bring you back again and again-

But it may not save you.

The Game

Lamplighter is a challenging, 2D Pixel art Platformer, currently with only 1 area.

This is a free Demo. I'm looking for feedback and constructive criticism to make the game more balanced, functional and fun. This project is still under development. The game isn't perfectly optimized, so you can except some chugging on lower-end hardware. I'm working on it. 

On the flipside, this puts Lamplighter on par with modern AAA titles in terms of optimization, so there's that.

I'll also have a browser-friendly HTML5 version working soon hopefully.
